These terms and conditions govern all matters related to the use of the iocasino platform. By accessing iocasino's services — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other channel — you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Account Verification (KYC):

Identity verification may be required before your first large withdrawal from iocasino or if suspicious activity is detected on your account. This process is known as KYC (Know Your Customer).

KYC verification typically requires one of the following documents: National ID card, passport, or driving license. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours.

One account per person: Each person may hold only one iocasino account. Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

Every bet placed on iocasino is governed by specific rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed.

Core Betting Rules:

• Minimum bet: ৳10
• Maximum bet: varies by market and event
• Funds are deducted from your account once the bet is confirmed
• Results depend on the official outcome of the event
• If an event is cancelled, your bet amount will be refunded

Iocasino reserves the right to void any bet placed by taking advantage of clearly incorrect odds or technical errors. In such cases, the original stake will be returned.

Iocasino offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated alongside the offer.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses can only be used for betting and cannot be withdrawn directly
• Bonus funds will be credited to your main balance only after the rollover requirement is met
• The rollover requirement for each bonus is shown alongside it (e.g., ×5)
• Bonuses expire automatically once the validity period ends
• Two bonuses may be used simultaneously where the offer permits

Iocasino takes bonus abuse seriously. Where suspicious bonus usage is detected, iocasino reserves the right to void the bonus and investigate the account.

Iocasino is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Strategic betting for the purpose of bonus abuse
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Exploiting platform bugs or technical glitches
• Accessing another member's account or hacking
• Syndicate betting or deliberate match losing

If such activity is detected, iocasino reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action where necessary.

Iocasino may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a terms and conditions violation
• Registering with false information
• If KYC verification is declined
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity
• At the member's own request

Before closing an account, the member will be notified by email or SMS, and given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance — unless fraud has been established.

Iocasino works every day to deliver the highest quality of service. However, technical issues, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally cause temporary service disruptions.

Iocasino will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from such situations. However, if a bet is voided due to a technical issue, the stake will be refunded.

Dispute Resolution Process:

• The support team will respond within 48 hours
• If unresolved, submit a formal complaint by email
• Iocasino takes all complaints seriously

Iocasino reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance.

If you object to any updated terms, you may close your account. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
